Research Topics

The aim of my research is to identify the potential oncogenic mutations for tumor formation using a CRISPR-based mouse model of sonic hedgehog medulloblastoma. Then, I will try to find therapeutic targets based on the insights about epigenetic conditions related to oncogenic mutations during sonic hedgehog medulloblastoma tumorigenesis.
